A small Toronto company
with a big love for hosting.

Urban Flats Toronto opened its doors in 2009. We’re a women-owned, Toronto-based company, and we’ve spent the years since building a small portfolio of furnished suites we’d actually want to stay in ourselves.

What started as one or two flats has grown across several downtown buildings. Through every step of that growth, we’ve kept the same approach: hand-pick each suite, decorate it with care, and look after every guest the way we’d want to be looked after.

Our team is small on purpose. When you book with us, you’ll talk to real people who know our suites inside and out — and who genuinely want your stay in Toronto to go well.

Lee-Anne Golden

Managing Director

Lee-Anne co-founded our business and she is the creative talent behind locating and decorating the beautifully appointed luxury suites that we have available for your stay. She is a serial entrepreneur in the consumer product, retail and service industries. She leads by example and believes strongly that her team’s responsiveness and attention to every little detail to make sure you feel at home in our furnished rentals are key to delighting you as our guest.

Tara Quinn

Account and Operations Manager

Tara manages our relationships with corporate customer and partner accounts and is responsible for our overall operations. She’s passionate about helping every guest find the right solution to match their temporary accommodation needs. She also ensures that our guests receive quality service throughout their stay. Tara has enjoyed a successful career in the hospitality industry working in both Canada and for several luxury suite providers in the Caribbean.

Nelson Viveiros

Guest and Accommodations Specialist

Nelson has over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry both in front line and in management. He has dedicated his life to the service industry and has a passion for service excellence. He has a natural ability to connect with guests from all over the world and is committed to ensuring every guest feels like they are staying at a home away from home.

Kerri Golden

Director

Kerri is responsible for ensuring that our team has the resources and tools to better serve our guests and grow our business. She has enjoyed a successful career in high growth businesses as well as a venture capital investor. She manages our technology and marketing resources and enjoys continuing learning about the latest trends and techniques from the start-up companies she mentors. She serves as a volunteer investment committee member at StandUp Ventures, a venture capital fund that champions breakthrough companies led by women.
